Four seasoned bartenders deal with the changing scene of the club they have worked in for years. The film started as an Off-Broadway play written by Mr. Frisch, which was produced at the Flatiron Theatre and a second production became one of the first productions at the Kirk Theatre in the newly renovated Theatre Row Studios on 42nd Street.
