For this webcast (one of a VA series we produced), we helped our client to get an important message out to the broader VA community by streaming audio from a meeting while simultaneously integrating their accompanying PowerPoint presentation.
The client was also required by law to make the presentation accessible to people with disabilities — a challenge we met by providing closed-captioning within the video player. They also required registration for viewing the webcast, so we built a special registration page that captured names and email addresses. Our media player allowed for a “Submit a Question” feature that allowed viewers to direct questions to the panel members both before and during the event.
